Terms of Service
- Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance for a full refund. - All occupants riding in our vehicles must wear seatbelts. - Outbound passengers should arrive at our operations office (606 Broad Street, South Boston VA, 24592 no later than 15 minutes prior to departure time. Out of respect for other passengers, we will wait no more than 5 minutes. No refund will be provided if you miss your shuttle. - Please note currently customer parking at our operations office is not allowed. Drops offs only. - Airport arrivals should be at the designated pick-up zone (outside bag claim in each terminal (Terminal 1, Zone 1; Terminal 2, Zone 8) no later than 5 minutes before shuttle departure time. We will wait no longer than 5 minutes before departing. - If your flight is delayed, please call 1(833) 995-3237 Ext 2 as soon as possible to discuss rebooking options. - In the event of a unplanned travel hinderance (accident, weather, etc.) that will cause the shuttle to arrive late to the airport terminal we are not responsible for missed flights or re-booking fees. - To ensure the safety of our drivers we do not operate in snow or ice conditions. If we have to cancel, we will do our best to make a weather call not later than 12 hours prior to planned shuttle departure time. A full refund will be provided. - Thank you for traveling with us.
